D1.ticker & D2.ticker are the most widely read publications in all of college athletics, providing administrators around the nation with efficient fact-packed emails curated to save them time and money. Total Campus Report is a sister product delivering the exact same value proposition to Higher Ed leadership in the ACC, Big 12, Big Ten, Pac-12 & SEC. We are hiring an Intern to provide support to the D1.ticker, D2.ticker & Total Campus Report teams. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct online research for various projects crucial to the operation and growth of the company
- Maintain the D1.ticker, D2.ticker & Total Campus Report subscriber databases
- Serve as a liaison, from time to time, in communicating with subscribers, advertisers, vendors, etc.; demonstrate diplomacy with all contacts
- Arrange for deliveries; research products online; complete online orders

- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to Google your way out of any problem
- Excellent customer-service attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Distinctive communication skills, both oral and written (timely, clear); strong interpersonal skills and highly proactive approach

- Multi-faceted problem solver
- Solid judgment; ability to maintain confidentiality and remain discreet at all times
- Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs
